    Weins Canada is currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team.

    Responsibilities

    • Post job ads on recruitment boards and websites to attract potential applicants.
    • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
    • Screen resumes.
    • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
    • Administer appropriate company assessments.
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
    • Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.
    • Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Team player and strong organization skills
    • Strong knowledge on MS office suite
    • Effective decision-making skills
    • Recruiting experience is an asset
    • Experience in candidate sourcing solutions
    • Human Resources diploma 
    •
