  • Overview

    Audi Oakville (a division of Weins Canada Inc.) is currently seeking a Greeter to join their successful team. This is a permanent full-time position.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and record each person entering the showroom and route them to the appropriate party.
    • Monitor sequence and availability of salespersons to expediently route sales customers to sales consultants. 
    • Congenially attend to customers awaiting salespeople or business managers and ensures proper sequencing.
    • Maintain and submit daily, weekly, monthly status reports.
    • Perform other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.

    Qualifications

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with friendly and professional telephone etiquette.
    • Outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond where required.
    • Some computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel).
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain composure at all times.
    • Previous reception/customer service experience is an asset.
