    Oakville Volkswagen (a division of Weins Canada Inc.) is currently recruiting an experienced Parts Manager to join our growing team. Weins Canada Inc. has built a reputation for success by following its customer centric philosophy and core values of Integrity, Responsibility and Respect.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all parts customers are handled in a positive manner in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
    • Handle parts customer complaints as they occur and review with General Manager
    • Train parts staff to perform job functions and monitor their performance
    • Plan the monthly target in conjunction with General Manager
    • Monitor and control all applicable expenses to maintain desired departmental profit targets
    • Maintain a balanced inventory in line with present and forecast sales objectives
    • Ensure that all established processes and procedures are adhered to
    • Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years Parts experience required
    • Previous Reynolds experience would be an asset
    • Ontario G Class Driver’s License
