    • Ensure that all contacts and/or potential sales customers of the dealership are handled in a positive manner and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
    • Ensure that all internet leads via phone and email are responded to within 5 minutes of initial contact
    • Ensure that all booked appointment leads are assigned an Internet Sales Specialist along with all customer and deal information
    • Confirm all internet booked appointments and notify customer of their assigned salesperson contact for follow up
    • Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management


    • Current registration as a salesperson under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act
    • Customer Sevice experience considered an asset
