    Weins Pre-Owned Centre (a division of Weins Canada inc.) is seeking a highly motivated Jr. Service Advisor to join our Service team! The position is responsible for ensuring that all new and previously-owned vehicles are prepared for delivery to our guest / customer or for the dealership lot. You will be responsible for careful and meticulous visual inspection of every detail of the vehicles’ outward and inward appearance.

    • Co-ordinate customer and vehicle processing, providing estimates of cost and time to complete and follow through to delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Greet customers immediately, in a friendly way and at all times maintain their loyalty to the dealership
    • Handle telephone inquiries quickly, courteously and expeditiously
    • Assist customers in picking up vehicles and note any problems that they have at this time, so that the appointment for correction of problem can be scheduled
    • Explain service work including next maintenance requirements to customer as required
    • Notify customers when back order parts become available
    • Check and review work in process and open R.O.’s to see that all work is being performed properly and time schedule is being met, as required
    • Diagnose the specific customer problems accurately and describe clearly on repair orders
    • Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management
