    Don Valley North Toyota (A division of Weins Canada Inc.) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Greeter.
     
    You will greet all visitors and answer incoming phone calls maintaining a high level of professionalism. Your secondary responsibilities include providing support with overflow work, such as mailings, filing, etc.

    Responsibilities

    • Properly greet and record each person entering the showroom and route them to the appropriate party
    • Monitor sequence and availability of salespersons to expediently route sales customers to salespeople
    • Congenially attend to customers awaiting salespeople or business manager and ensure proper sequencing
    • Initiate Up Control Card with customer and salesperson data. Ensure all cards are completed and returned by salespeople
    • Maintain and submit daily, weekly, monthly status report
    • Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management

     

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with friendly and professional telephone skills.
    • Outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond where required
    • Some computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
    • Ability to mutlitask
    • Ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain composure at all times
    • Previous reception / customer service experience is an asset.
