Weins Canada Inc. is seeking a highly motivated IT Strategy Manager to lead our IT team ! We are looking for a passionate, results-driven and career-minded individual with an attention to detail who takes pride in a job well done.


  • Gain a thorough understanding of our business and to identify, recommend and apply technologies to improve our business processes
  • Proactively manage our multiple location technology infrastructure to allow for detailed planning, growth and continued improvement
  • Work well with colleagues using excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to present to executive management
  • Successfully achieve complex technology goals on time and on budget
  • Multi-task and manage a variety of diverse (and sometimes conflicting) requests, priorities, and activities
  • Inspire, motivate and lead our IT Team to produce quality work in supporting all aspects of our business


  • A minimum of five (5) years of IT Management experience
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory architecture, networking technologies, advanced network protocols, client-server technologies, and multi-vendor environments
  • A passion for advancing the business on a technical basis, and delivering measurably improved technical outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
