Responsibilities

  • Efficiently assist guests with parts needs 
  • Assist internal and external guests in a timely, efficient manner, while providing exceptional service 
  • Provide assistance / guidance with accessory and special order parts
  • Assist with telephone enquiries
  • Organize and fill orders out of the stock
  • Organize orders for shipping or delivery purposes, or for daily pickup
  • Help to stock all new parts on shelves and maintain parts department maintaining organization at all times

 

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Parts and technical knowledge required
  • Understanding of inventory management systems
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
  • Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to sell
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
  • Analytical skills and ability to assess and resolve problems
  • Experience with software systems including REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS
  • Experience with import vehicle products preferred
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree an asset
