Weins Canada Inc. is currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for people to join their team to focus on our Guest Experience and ensure Customer Satisfaction.
In this role as a Customer Experience (CSI) Representative, you will:
The ideal candidate will be a take action, “all hands on-deck” individual who has previous experience with customer satisfaction and complaint resolution. You will have exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) along with strong inter-personal skills. Your ability to remain calm and focused, even in tense situations sets you apart and you have the ability to form relationships in any situation that you encounter. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) required and previous automotive experience would be considered an asset. Process driven mindset with the ability to multitask, manage multiple projects and the confidence to present / speak in front of groups is required. This position is located in Markham.
