Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming customer appointment inquiries quickly and accurately
  • All customer contacts are to be handled in a polite and efficient manner
  • Electronically schedule service appointments for the Assistant Service Managers, distributing the work evenly unless otherwise directed by management
  • Obtain all the relevant information from each customer, including name, phone number, vehicle model and service required and record it on the appointment scheduling system
  • Maintain appointment booking targets as set for each team daily and report to Service Manager
  • Answer al incoming calls to the service department in a courteous and personable fashion
  • Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience is an asset
