Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming customer appointment inquiries quickly and accurately (telephone and by email)
  • Electronically schedule service appointments for the Assistant Service Managers, distributing work evenly unless otherwise directed by management
  • Generate appointment list on a daily basis. Follow up on no show appointments
  • Respond to customer concerns and requests that have been received through the Dealer Voice System
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as directed by management

Qualifications

  • At least 2 year experience in customer service - your phone manner and etiquette set you apart from others (you are friendly, personable, accomodating and calm at all times - especially in a fast paced environment
  • Courteous and professional at all times - driven to meet and exceed our guests expectations
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • High organizational skills with a detail oriented focus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional work ethic, along with positive outlook and committment to providing exceptional service
