Mississauga Honda (a division of Weins Canada Inc.) is currently seeking a Floor Manager to join their successful team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all sales customers and potential sales customers of the dealership are handled in a positive manner and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
  • Ensure maximum sales customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all sales related customer complaints are resolved satisfactorily
  • Plan sales and growth targets, profit levels, staffing, advertising, expenses and inventory levels
  • Define and review objectives with General Manager
  • Assist in the establishment of monthly new vehicle sales and stock objectives and coordinate sale staff activities to achieve these objectives as a minimum
  • Review offers when presented to you. Guide, coach and otherwise assist in the closing of the deal
  • Maintain an attractive and sales oriented front line and showroom display
  • Develop and propose to the General Manager advertising programs, special incentives, etc., to assure sales objectives are being achieved. Prepare and execute approved programs
  • Recruit, interview, hire, or terminate sales representatives as agreed with General Manager
  • Maintain an adequate balance of new vehicle inventory at our lot to properly display our models available
  • Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management

Qualifications

  • Current registration as a salesperson with OMVIC
  • Excellent coaching and team-building skills
  • Excellent sales and administrative skills
  • High ethical standards
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to multitask in a pressurized deadline driven environment
