Overview

Weins Canada Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our CEC team! This is a full time position that would be ideal for a candidate with a passion for cars and customer service, and who is seeking to build a successful career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and assist with all incoming Service calls and input booked appointments into system
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors (as required) with scheduled appointments
  • Place outbound service calls to guest who are due for service, have missed or need to rebook appointments or campaign programs
  • Maintain clear records of appointments and customer requests
  • Coordinate with Parts department and contact customers to advise special orders are in stock (as required)
  • Conduct after-service quality control calls to customers
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • At least 2 year experience in customer service - your phone manner and etiquette set you apart from others (you are friendly, personable, accomodating and calm at all times - especially in a fast paced environment
  • Courteous and professional at all times - driven to meet and exceed our guests expectations
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • High organizational skills with a detail oriented focus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional work ethic, along with positive outlook and committment to providing exceptional service
