Barrie Subaru (a division of Weins Canada Inc.) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant to Service Manager.


You will greet all visitors and answer incoming phone calls maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Your secondary responsibilities include providing support with overflow work, such as mailings, filing, etc.

  • Answer incoming calls in a timely manner with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and following guidelines as set out by Weins Canada.
  • Greeting guests in dealership and assisting with needs - where required, you will ensure guests are escorted to their desired location in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Directing incoming phone calls within the group
  • Upon greeting guests in the showroom, ensure sales lead data is entered as required
  • Completing reports etc. as requested by management
  • Other admin duties as required / requested by management


  • Previous experience as a receptionit / administrative assistant would be an asset or dealership experience would be an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
