Weins Canada Inc. ( is currently seeking self-starting, motivated individuals with a proven track record in customer service to join our dynamic team at our soon to open Weins Direct Pre-Owned Centre located in Oakville.  This is our first stand-alone Pre-Owned Centre offering selected trade-in vehicles from our group of dealerships (11 and growing) representing 8 brands.

We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Sales Consultants – The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.  Previous automotive sales experience an asset but we will train the right person.  A Class G Driver’s License along with a valid OMVIC Sales License required (or ability to obtain) is required. 

Receptionist & Greeters (both full and part time) – Your outgoing, friendly personality along with a customer service background makes you the ideal candidate for this position.

Business Office Manager (F&I) – previous financial services / automotive financial service background is required along with a Class G Driver’s License and a valid OMVIC Sales License (or ability to obtain)

Lot Attendants & Detailers – Class G Driver’s License required along with attention to detail.  Previous automotive clean up / detailing experience an asset but we will train the right person.

Licensing Clerk -  Attention to detail along with exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadline are required for this position.  Previous experience in an automotive retail environment an asset.

Vehicle Repair Technicians -  Class G Driver’s License along with a 310S Automotive Repair Certification and Ontario College of Trades Membership are required.

  • Keep all vehicles and parking lot in a clean, well maintained and orderly condition at all times
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery (including but not limited to - washing vehicles, fueling and changing plates etc.)
  • Assist with dealer trades, or other tasks / duties as requested by management
  • General duties as requested by management
  • Assist with special events as required



  • Must be hard working and organized, and able to work in outdoor conditions year-round
  • Ability to provide meticulous work, and take pride in doing your job well
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Exceptional time management skills with an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with a smile and positive attituded
  • Aptitude for customer service - ensuring guests needs are met and assistance offered whenever possible
  • One (1) year previous detailing experience
  • Valid Class G Ontario Driver’s License
  • Clean Driver’s Abstract
