Overview

Customer Experience Agents are the point of contact for our customer.

 

Are you a strong communicator with a friendly and outgoing personality?  Do you have previous customer service experience?

 

Your professional telephone skills, well spoken and helpful attitude will set you apart as a candidate for this position.

Responsibilities

Monitor internet sales leads and interact with customer answering questions regarding a sepcific make / model, connecting customers with a sales consultant.

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all points of engagement
  • Class G drivers licesne
  • Valid OMVIC sales licesnse or ability to obtain
  • Automotive knowledge/experience preferred but not required
